Positive vibes is deeply ingrained in my spirit and I have to thank my connection to nature in keeping my energy up. The seasons have made a big shift from internal action to external expression. Every morning i pass through the park to bring the boys to school. It is a blessing to show them the buds on the trees. Some buds will become leaves and others flowers. It is nothing less than a miracle and they make me and my boys so happy.
