Workshop Intuitive Painting Full Day:

Discover COLOR and inner images through a playful usage of various materials charcoal, paint, collagework. We start the morning off with dynamic charcoal exercises. After we will continue to draw and paint with both you left and right hand (on large format paper). Through various drawing and painting exercises you can efforlessly play and allow for the continual discovery of building up and emergence of your unique images. Guidance on painting a background and then transforming the painting in ever changing layers in your painting are a highlight of the day as you discover connection with the colors and shapes. Figurative or abstract images are played with and celebrated. This retreat is also a great introduction for one or more of the longer term courses offered at Atelier Werkplaats Molenpad in Amsterdam.
